磁敏感加权成像是一个新近发展起来的MR成像技术,它对显示静脉血管、血液成分(如出血后各期代谢产物)、铁沉积等非常敏感。腔隙性脑梗死是指发生在大脑深部的小动脉闭塞,约占缺血性脑梗死的四分之一。随着影像学技术的发展,现在能够更加准确和更加快速地发现腔隙性梗死灶。同时还发现脑微出血与腔隙性脑梗死有很密切的关系,利用磁敏感加权成像技术能够更精确地发现这些微出血灶,从而对患者的治疗方案,预后评估产生重要影响。
Magneto-sensitive weighted imaging is a newly developed MR imaging technique that is very sensitive to the display of venous blood vessels, blood components (such as various metabolites after hemorrhage), iron deposition and the like. Lacunar infarction refers to the occlusion of arterioles that occur in the deep brain, accounting for about a quarter of ischemic cerebral infarction. With the development of imaging techniques, lacunar infarcts are now found more accurately and quickly. Also found that cerebral micro-hemorrhage and lacunar infarction are closely related to the use of magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging technology to more accurately detect these micro-hemorrhagic lesions, and thus the treatment of patients with prognostic evaluation have a significant impact.
