本研究测定了高温铸造工人血清MDA含量,红细胞SOD和GSH—Px活性。结果表明,高温铸造工人血清MDA含量显著高于对照组,红细胞SOD和GSH—Px活性显著低于对照组。上述改变可能是高温作业工人体内O_2~-过量产生,得不到完全清除而引起的。
This study measured the serum MDA content, erythrocyte SOD, and GSH-Px activity in high temperature cast workers. The results showed that the content of MDA in serum of high-temperature cast workers was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in red blood cells were significantly lower than those in the control group. The above changes may be caused by over-production of O 2 - in the high-temperature workers and they are not completely removed.
