美国心理学家罗杰斯认为:“成功的教学依赖于一种真诚的理解和信任的师生关系,依赖于一种和谐安全的课堂氛围。”从小学走到现在经历了中国式的古板教学,那种只是教师讲,学生听;教师写,学生抄;教师问,学生答的呆板教学的状态让学生对于学习的本身并没有激发出更多的兴趣。所以大多数的学生是为了学习而学习,致使我们的学习激情和创造力有了很大程度的限制。
