一課教得好壞,主要決定於備課。備課好,效果大。哪怕是富有教學經驗的教師,每課比必須有充分的課前準備。所謂備課,應包括些什麼內容呢?哈爾濱市第六中學在「關於備課、上課、指導學生作業暫行辦法草案」中,會這樣具體地規定著:教師須于每課時授課前,根據課或單元的教學計畫,制定課時教學計畫。講授新教材的課時計畫,一般應包括:(1)學科、日期、班級;(2)課題;(3)教學目的;(4)教學程式;(5)教具準備;(6)課後總結。(復習課或指導作業課可不按此規定)顯然,要把這樣的課時計畫作好,便必須有充分的課前準備。該校的教師反映:「我們學校已經提出,沒有課前準備,不准上課。」由此也可看出,所謂「課前準備」,決不只是一些講授材料的搜集,而要根據教學大綱的要求,對每一課在課前作全面準備。「課時計畫」(教案)是為了把全面課前準備工作用文字固定下來,以便於教師掌握教學過程及課後檢查、總結,同時,也便於同科目
