分层教学,顾名思义就是根据学生的知识结构和实际认知规律,进行有目的、有计划、有针对性的教学活动。体育课堂实施分层教学是在体育教学中根据学生之间存在的身体状况和学习能力的差异,设计有针对性的个性化教学方案的教学策略。笔者认为,体育教学实践中,教学内容、教学过程以及教学评价的设定都要体现层次性,不同身体素质和训练基础的学生肯定只适用于自己的训练方案和评价标准,而非传统教学中不顾羸弱,集体“喂养”的机械教学模式。
Hierarchical teaching, as the name suggests is based on the student’s knowledge structure and the actual cognitive rules, purposeful, planned, targeted teaching activities.
