2012年将成为我国媒介全球化发展的一年,以中央电视台为例,1月央视非洲分台在肯尼亚首都内罗毕开播,2月央视北美分台在美国首都华盛顿开播。在体制方面我国媒介逐渐向经营性企业转变,电视产生了制播分离、管办分离等新模式;报道质量方面不断提高,产生了大量的知名品牌,媒体的影响力不断扩大。这些改变给中国媒体产业迎接全球化发展提供了机遇与挑战。国际媒介竞争时不我待,为了在世界政治经济格局中增加我国的话语权,我们要面向世界培养能够适应媒介全球化竞争的传播学人才。为此笔者就我国传播学双语教学改革谈些看法。
2012 will be the year for the development of media globalization in our country. Take CCTV as an example. In January, CCTV Africa will be launched in Kenya’s capital Nairobi. In February, the CCTV North America sub-station will be launched in the U.S. capital Washington. In the aspect of system, the medium of our country has gradually shifted to the business enterprise. Television has produced new modes such as the separation of production and broadcasting and the separation of management and operation. The quality of the reports has been continuously improved, resulting in a large number of well-known brands and the influence of the media has been continuously expanded. These changes have provided opportunities and challenges for the Chinese media industry to welcome the globalization. The international media will not wait for competition. In order to increase China’s voice in the global political and economic situation, we must face the world to cultivate the talents of communication science that can adapt to the globalization of media. For this reason, I talk about the bilingual teaching reform in China’s communication studies.
