在准公共产品中,电力产品具有很强的外部性特征;这个外部特性特征决定了电力企业具有极为广泛的目标客户。电力产业的主要销售对象是目标客户中的中小型企业。在研究客户关系管理之前,要明确管理原则的导向。结合管理原则的导向,掌握中小型企业的特征,对症下药,准确切入,创造最大利益。在可持续发展战略下,节能减排是所有企业要研究的课题,所以电力企业在发展上要兼顾电力企业客户关系管理(CRM)。
Among the quasi-public products, the power product has a strong external characteristic; this characteristic of the external characteristic determines that the power enterprise has a very wide range of target customers.
