泰国菜以其新鲜酸辣、色香味俱全,区别于东南亚诸国菜系。细细分辨泰国菜也有东南西北的差异,在艳阳高照的夏季,我们可以在泰国菜中寻味阳光与海洋,用味觉就可以勾勒出一个泰国地图。
Thai cuisine stands out from its Southeast Asian peers with a unique sour and spicy flavor. It is divided into four regional cuisines corresponding to the four main regions of the country. In summer, we can take a culinary tour of Thailand to explore sea and sunshine in Thai food.

关于泰国是美食天堂的说法,相信所有曾到泰国旅行过的人都不会陌生。也许是湄公河的灌溉与印度洋海风的吹拂,使得泰国一年四季都物产丰富、海鲜富足,于是这丰富的海鲜与水果,便顺理成章地成为了泰国菜的主要用料。从咖喱皇炒蟹、火龙果青椒虾仁等热菜,到冬阴功汤、鱼翅冬瓜盅等汤水,从木瓜龙虾沙律、脆皮鲜果沙律等冷盘,到用棕榈糖、椰奶制成的甜点,水果与海鲜一次次梦幻般的结合,完美地攻陷人们的味蕾。甚至连米饭也不放过加入水果与海鲜的机会,声名远播的菠萝饭就是一个好例子。椰子的清爽与菠萝的甜香,加上咖喱海鲜酱的鲜香,绝对是人间极品,一不小心就会恋上这个味道而不能自拔。水果与海鲜除了带给泰国菜绝妙的味道,也将鲜艳的色彩带入菜中。菠萝的金黄、时令蔬菜的翠绿、海鲜的猩红,不管蔬菜、瓜果的艳丽清新,还是虾蟹等众海鲜的肉感,盘碟都流淌出夏天的繁盛景象。
虽说只要掌握好咖喱、椰奶、甜酸酱的混合比例就能大致做出一桌味道还算不错的泰国菜,但由于泰国南北食材差异很大,比如曼谷蔬果茂盛,南方海鲜泛滥,因而在如油画般艳丽鲜活的水上集市或黄昏热闹的沙滩上,用舌尖感受不同城市的味道,就成了泰国旅行者最美妙的事情之一。

You may as well make a table of passable Thai dishes with the right mix of curry, coconut milk, sweet and sour sauce.
