人脑胶质细胞瘤发病率呈上升趋势,其浸润性生长,治疗效果差,复发率高。近年来,一些与肿瘤发生、发展相关的标志性分子基因学改变,对临床诊断及治疗具有一定的指导意义。YKL-40是壳质酶家族的一种分泌型糖蛋白,对细胞外基质的降解和再形成有作用,在多种肿瘤病人的血清中表达增高,并可预测其预后。本文就YKL-40在脑胶质细胞瘤中的病理生理作用及其监测应用相关的研究进展作一综述。
The incidence of human brain glioblastoma is on the rise, its invasive growth, poor treatment, recurrence rate. In recent years, some of the molecular genetic changes associated with tumorigenesis and development have some guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. YKL-40 is a secreted glycoprotein of the chitinase family, which has an effect on the degradation and reformation of the extracellular matrix. It is highly expressed in the serum of various tumor patients and can predict the prognosis. This article reviews the pathophysiological role of YKL-40 in glioma and the progress of its application.
