根据国家中医药管理局《中医事业“八五”计划及十年规划》和全国中医专科(专病)医疗协作中心建设要求,为落实我市“八五”期间“建上海队、打中华牌、创一流中医”的整体要求,我局自1992年起,先后四批在全市中医、中西医结合及综合合性医院布点54个医疗协作中心,其中中医急症、肿瘤、脉管病、肝病等8个中心被国家中医药管理局选定为全国中医专科(专病)医疗中心建设单位,至1996年已有五个中心通过了国家中医药管理局组织的专家验收。1995年以来,先后有11个中心和专科通过全市“擂台赛”列为上海市医学领先专业和特色专科建设单位,仅此11个专科就获得资助经费约1400万元。
According to the “8th Five-Year Plan” and “Ten-year Plan” of the Chinese Medicine Enterprise of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the requirements for the construction of the Medical Collaborating Center for National TCM Specialties (Special Diseases), in order to implement the “8th Five-Year Plan” period of the city, “building the Shanghai team and playing the Chinese brand” In order to meet the overall requirements for creating first-class Chinese medicine, the Bureau has, since 1992, successively issued four batches of 54 medical collaborating centers in the city’s traditional Chinese medicine, integrated Chinese and Western medicine, and integrated hospitals, among which the emergency of Chinese medicine, tumors, vascular diseases, liver diseases, etc. Eight centers were selected by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the national TCM specialist (special disease) medical center construction unit. By 1996, five centers had passed the acceptance of the experts organized by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since 1995, there have been 11 centers and specialists that have been listed as Shanghai’s leading medical specialty and specialty specialists through the city’s “Huantai Race.” Only 11 of these specialists have received funding of about 14 million yuan.
