目的:研究β-环糊精选择性提取虎杖中化学成分的可行性。方法:利用水溶液中β-环糊精与客体分子包合法选择提取虎杖中的化学成分,RP-HPLC梯度分析脱包物成分。结果:HPLC图谱显示选择提取部位有6个主成分峰,半制备液相色谱及重结晶分离出6个化合物;经波谱法确证其中5个化合物为大黄素、大黄素甲醚、白藜芦醇、大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和白藜芦醇苷。结论:β-环糊精可选择性提取纯化虎杖中的化学成分,为中草药化学成分的提取分离给出一种新的研究方法。
Objective: To study the feasibility of β-cyclodextrin selective extraction of chemical constituents from Polygonum cuspidatum. Methods: The chemical constituents of Polygonum cuspidatum were extracted by inclusion of β-cyclodextrin and guest in aqueous solution, and the components of the extract were analyzed by RP-HPLC. Results: The HPLC chromatogram showed that there were 6 principal component peaks in the selected extraction sites, and 6 compounds were separated by semi-preparative liquid chromatography and recrystallization. Five of the compounds were identified as emodin, physcion, resveratrol , Emodin-8-O-β-D-glucoside and polydatin. CONCLUSION: β-Cyclodextrin can selectively extract and purify the chemical constituents of Polygonum cuspidatum, and provide a new method for the extraction and separation of chemical constituents of Chinese herbal medicines.
