目的:规范抗菌药物应用。方法:按等级医院管理要求和《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》对我院2004年4948例和2005年5476例住院患者抗菌药物的应用进行管理。结果与结论:我院通过推行制度化管理、实施抗菌药物分级管理制度、抗菌药物用量动态监测和超常预警制度等,使得住院患者抗菌药物的应用基本合理。
Objective: To standardize the application of antibacterial drugs. Methods: The application of antimicrobial agents in 4948 cases in our hospital in 2004 and 5,476 inpatients in 2005 were managed according to the requirements of the grade hospital management and the Guiding Principles of Clinical Application of Antibacterials. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Through the implementation of institutionalized management, the hospital implemented the system of grading management of antimicrobial agents, the dynamic monitoring of antimicrobial dosage and the system of abnormal early warning so that the application of antimicrobial agents in hospitalized patients was basically rational.
