预制瓶装式技术是管廊技术发展的方向,电力电缆隧道的结构形式、内部空间利用与常规的管廊都有所不同,其结构主体部分的验收标准也应与自身特点匹配。在对现有混凝土预制构件加工模具、预制构件加工技术、现场拼装技术调查研究的基础上,提出了适用于预制拼装工艺施工的电力电缆隧道的验收标准,供相关工程选用。
The prefabricated bottled technology is the development direction of the pipe gallery. The structure of the power cable tunnel and the utilization of the internal space are different from those of the conventional pipe gallery. The acceptance criteria of the main part of the structure should also be matched with their own characteristics. Based on the investigation of processing molds, prefabricated components and on-site assembly technology of prefabricated concrete components, the acceptance criteria of power cable tunnels suitable for prefabrication process are put forward for the selection of relevant projects.
