提升教师素质深化教学改革江苏省沛县实验小学创建于1956年,是江苏省首批认定的95所实验小学之一。目前,学校有55个教学班,161名教职工,3000多名学生。现有江苏省特级教师2名,中学高级教师12名,县级以上名优教师24名。一、注重教研实效,搭建成长平台学校依托自身的资源优势,采取‘“听课、说课、评课一条龙、看光盘、谈感受、写体会,主题式沙龙”等三种形式,扎实有序地开展教研活动。
