本试验照资料提供的原则流程进行,炼前处理过程未作设备考查试验。据工业性生产的特点仅作还原,氧化二段火法熔炼试验,未作控制还原气氛电孤炉熔炼工作。通过多次探索试验,一致认为采用盐酸浸出代替电解过程,更具有操作简便,富集贵金属倍比高的优点。湿法采取水解、离子交换代替亚硝酸钠络合,更具有操作简便,符合实际生产的特点。本工业性试验流程如图1所示。
