本研究以湖南省五所高职院校139名专职辅导员为被试,采用职业倦怠量表(MBI)作为测量工具,探讨高职院校辅导员的职业倦怠现状。结果发现:高职院校辅导员表现出中度的情绪衰竭、低度的人格解体和高度的个人成就感缺乏;性别、学历、职称、工作年限和婚姻状况等变量对辅导员的职业倦怠有一定程度的影响。本文针对高职院校辅导员职业倦怠现状提出应对策略。
In this study, 139 full-time counselors in five higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province were used as test subjects, and MBI was used as a measuring tool to explore the status quo of job burnout among counselors in higher vocational colleges. The results showed that: counselors in vocational colleges showed moderate emotional exhaustion, low personality disintegration and high lack of personal accomplishment; job burnout of counselors such as gender, educational background, job title, working age and marital status were A certain degree of impact. This article puts forward the countermeasures for the job burnout status quo of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
