目的研究骆驼蹄瓣Zygophyllum fabago茎中的化学成分。方法用各种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱解析鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十八烷醇(Ⅰ)、正三十二烷醇(Ⅱ)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、山柰酚(Ⅵ)、腺苷(Ⅶ)、紫云英苷(Ⅷ)、3″-O-磺酸基紫云英苷(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ为首次从驼蹄瓣属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the stem of Zygophyllum fabago in the camel’s shoe. Methods Separation and purification were performed by various column chromatography methods. Their chemical structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. As a result, 9 compounds were isolated and identified as n-octacosanol (I), n-dodecanol (II), soy 甾4-en-3-one (III), and β-sitosterol (IV), respectively. ), Carboside (V), Kaempferol (VI), Adenosine (VII), Astragalin (VIII), 3"-O-Sulfonoside (IX). Conclusions Compounds I-III VII and IX are isolated from Camellia for the first time.
