颞颌关节病(tempor omandibular disorders,TMD)指咀嚼系统的肌骨性疼痛或功能障碍.其疼痛或功能障碍常在咀嚼或颌骨处于功能状态时加重。可引起颅面疼痛或功能障碍的疾病有多种,且常与TMD 同时存在。本指南只适用于原发颞颌关节系统的以疼痛或功能障碍为特征者。TMD 常规检查对主诉口腔颌面部疼痛或功能障碍患者,需行病史采集、系统回顾,并作原始记录。TMD 问诊包括:①张口困难否;②颌关节有无声音;③张口有无阻挡、锁结或脱臼感;④咀嚼或哈欠时有无疼痛;⑤耳、颞、颊部及其周围有无疼痛;⑥进食有无不适或异常;⑦经常头痛否;⑧头颈部近期受过外伤否;⑨有无关节炎;⑩咀嚼、说话或运动
Tempor omandibular disorders (TMD) refers to the muscular pain or dysfunction of the chewing system, whose pain or dysfunction is often exacerbated when chewing or the jaw is functional. There are many diseases that can cause craniocerebral pain or dysfunction, often with TMD. This guideline applies only to pain or dysfunction in the primary temporomandibular joint system. TMD routine examination of the main complaint of oral and maxillofacial pain or dysfunction in patients with history acquisition, systematic review, and make the original record. TMD interrogation includes: ① difficulty in opening the mouth; ② the presence or absence of sound in the jaw joints; ③ the presence or absence of mouth blockage, locking or dislocation feeling; ④ chewing or yawning when there is no pain; ⑤ ear, temporal, cheek and its surroundings? Pain, ⑥ eating without discomfort or abnormalities; ⑦ often headache; ⑧ head and neck suffered trauma recently; ⑨ with or without arthritis; ⑩ chewing, speaking or exercise
