头孢拉定(cephradine)属第一代头孢菌素。因本品含不稳定的β内酰胺环,易水解降低效价。因此,我们对头孢拉定溶液进行了稳定性实验研究。 1 标准曲线制备 精密称取0.1g头孢拉定于100ml容量瓶中,用蒸馏水溶解并稀释至刻度。然后分别吸取1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5ml于100ml容量瓶中,并加水稀释至刻度,以蒸馏水为空白,在260nm处测定,回归方程:A=-0.00376+0.0151C(μg/ml),r=0.9998,n=6。回收实验采取加入10μg/ml、20μg/ml、30μg/
Cephradine (cephradine) is the first generation cephalosporins. Because this product contains unstable β-lactam ring, easy to hydrolytic reduce potency. Therefore, we conducted a stability experiment on cefradine solution. Preparation of a standard curve Precision Weigh 0.1g cephradine in 100ml volumetric flask, dissolved in distilled water and diluted to the mark. Then draw 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5ml in 100ml volumetric flask, and dilute to the mark with distilled water, measured at 260nm, the regression equation: A = -0.00376 +0.0151C (μg / ml), r = 0.9998, n = 6.
