(二)科学管理是促进技术进步的重要保证 1、什么是科学管理?科学管理,就是现代化管理。科学管理的基本内容,就是灵活地运用“三论”(信息论、系统论、控制论)的理论和方法,实行从业人员的优化组合,充分而又合理地利用现有的各种条件,调动起各类人员的积极性和创造性,去实现确定的目标。我们目前的管理水平比较低,而管理水平的高低,直接影响到工作效率的高低和经济效益的好坏。所以为了提高我们的工作效率,争取良好的经济效益,必须认真研究这个问题,提高我们的科学管理水平。
