学习成绩是反映学生素质的一个重要方面,在目前的教育形势下,教师也不可能回避学生的学习成绩。但是学生的学习是受多种因素制约的,在现行以学期和星期为阶段划分的教育模式下,学生的学习表现出了一种周期性的变化规律,在不同的心态下有着不同的学习状态,因此,教师有必要了解和把握这种规律性的变化并采取针对性的教育对策。一、学生学习心态的变化规律在每个学期中,随着学习任务的变化和学生对自我学习效果的把握,其心态会发生周期性的变化,根据我们的调查了解,这种变化大致可分为五个阶段。1.入学之初的情绪高涨期。开学之后的1~3周,经过假期的休整,学生对其他事物的兴趣削弱;回到学校后,
Academic performance is an important aspect of reflecting the quality of students. Under the current education situation, teachers cannot avoid students’ academic performance. However, students’ learning is constrained by many factors. Under the current educational model with semester and week as the phases, students’ learning shows a regular pattern of changes, and they have different learning states under different mentalities. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to understand and grasp this regular change and take targeted educational measures. First, the changing laws of students’ learning attitude In each semester, as the learning task changes and students grasp the self-learning effect, their mentality will change periodically. According to our survey, this change is roughly separable. There are five stages. 1. At the beginning of enrollment, the period of high emotions. One to three weeks after school starts, after the holiday breaks, students’ interest in other things is weakened; after returning to school,
