贵阳市人民政府文件筑府发[2009]38号各区、市、县人民政府,市政府有关工作部门:为使市属国有林场全面履行全市森林生态建设和森林资源管护职责,确保城市森林生态安全,切实解决国有林场职工待遇偏低等问题,经2009年5月11日市长办公会及5月14日市委常委会议研究,决定将全市10个国有林场界定为生态公益型林场并纳入全额拨款事业单位管理。现将有关事项通知如下:一、自2009年5月14日起,市属10个国有林场界定为生态公益型林场并纳入全额拨款事业单位管理,所需经费按行政隶属关系由同级政府承担。
