种子是最基本的农林业生产资料。种子的活力大小直接关系到播种后能否迅速而整齐地萌发,幼苗是否快速而健壮地生长。因此,测试种子活力在生产上愈来愈被人们重视。目前,国内外已有不少文章报道了同品种或不同品种在劣变条件下种子活力的大小。本试验用发芽值、活力指数等生理指标,结合同工酶分析,对杉木嫁接种子园10个家系和对照的自由授粉后代进行活力测定,试图为杉木选育优良的家系子代,建立高一级种子园提供理论依据。一、材料和方法(一)供试材料
