针对煤矿岩石巷道钻爆法掏槽方式和施工工艺导致煤矿岩石巷道掘进循环进尺小,不利于高产高效煤矿生产的现状,结合当前国家“逢掘必探”政策要求,创造性利用超前探眼,提出超长钻孔大直径空眼三圈直眼掏槽新技术,不同孔径条件下关键技术参数研究结果表明:空孔直径为193mm时爆破效果最优,循环进尺可达2.2~2.4 m,炮眼利用率平均为95%。实践证明,采用大孔径直眼掏槽中深孔爆破新技术,东保卫矿-500西大巷工程工期由原来3 a缩短为1.8 a,经济技术效果显著。
