“坚持党管武装原则不动摇、落实党管武装标准不降低、关心支持国防和军队建设不退步。”这是四川省凉山州委书记吴靖平三年前就任军分区党委第一书记时作出的承诺。三年来,在他的关心支持下,凉山军分区先后有26项工作成果受到国家、总部和两级军区表彰,凉山州委连续3年被评为四川省“党管武装工作先进单位”。
“We will unswervingly adhere to the principle of armed forces under the party’s control and will not reduce the standards set by the armed forces under the party’s control and will not regain the concern and support of national defense and army building.” This is the commitment made by Wu Jingping, secretary of Liangshan Prefecture Committee of Sichuan Province, when he became the first secretary of the party committee of the military division three years ago . Over the past three years, under his concern and support, there have been 26 achievements in the Liangshan military subfield being commended by the state, headquarters and military regions at both levels. Liangshan Prefecture Commission was awarded the “Advanced Unit for Arming the Party in Armed Forces” in Sichuan Province for three consecutive years.
