邯郸市第四陶瓷厂在设备管理工作中特别重视技术改造工作,取得了显著经济效益.如他们成功地将6条成型干燥精坯线进行了改造,由过去夏季采用暖气管道加热改为镍铬丝加热,取消了锅炉运行,加热温度由原来的60℃提高为90℃,仅此一项每年可节约经费16万余元.此外,该厂还对φ160练泥机进行了改造,彻底解决了漏油问题,不但使环境变得清洁,也减少了浪费.为解决18″~20″大件产品生产的需要,还研制了508型大件成型机.该厂的另一项攻关项目——废泥回收利用也已改造成功,每年可创效益30万元.由于该厂坚持设备技术改造,加上严格的设备管理制度和正在逐步建立的诊断监测手段,使该厂去年设备有效利用率达到99.86%,1~8月份即实现利税300余万元.
