武钢工会拥有11.2万会员职工,入会率99.8%;工会组织机构分五级设置,共有专兼职工会干部1388人。长期以来,武钢工会为企业的改革发展和稳定作出了突出贡献,连续18年保持了“全国模范职工之家”的光荣称号。特别是近几年来,武钢工会努力探索新形势下国企工会工作新思路新方法、不断进行工会工作理论创新和实践创新,创立了四个每一天工作模式,即:让职工立足岗位干好每一天,关爱职工每一天,让职工快乐每一天,创新工会工作每一天。
