我厂所处理的矿石是白云鄂博铁矿成份复杂的多金属矿物。矿石的复杂性对选矿、烧结、冶炼以及分析方法都提出了特殊要求。而对原矿的化学、物理性质的了解和研究,对于制定选矿生产合理的工艺流程,起着决定性的作用。1970年以来,我们曾对选矿车间所处理的各种不同类型原矿的氧化亚铁含量、磁性率等几个性质与现场弱磁选精矿铁回收率(以下简称收率)的关系作过一些探讨,得到了一些初步的认识,找出了衡量白云铁矿石弱磁选可选性能较准确的依据,即磁性度的概念。
The ore processed by our factory is a complex multimetallic mineral with the composition of Baiyunebo iron ore. The complexity of ores poses special requirements for beneficiation, sintering, smelting and analytical methods. The understanding and research of the chemical and physical properties of the ore plays a decisive role in formulating a reasonable process for beneficiation. Since 1970, we have made some observations on the relationship between the Fe 2 O 3 content and the magnetic susceptibility of various types of ores treated by the beneficiation plant and the recovery rate of field weak-magnetic concentrates (hereinafter referred to as yield) Discussed and obtained some preliminary understanding, and found out the more accurate basis for measuring the optional performance of weak magnetic separation of the Baiyun iron ore, that is, the concept of magnetic degree.
