乳腺癌在女性癌症中发病最高,发病与家族史、月经不调史、生育史、乳腺良性肿瘤史、体内激素水平、经济状况有关。近年来医学家又发现,乳腺癌的发病还与患者的饮食习惯密切相关,特别与以下物质有关。1.脂肪:流行病学调查和动折实验表明,乳腺癌与高脂饮食有关,摄取脂肪量越大,发生乳腺癌的危险性越大。一次国际性调查发现,34个发达国家每人每日摄取脂肪量平均为133克,在26个不发达国家平均为59克,结果发达国家乳癌发病为不发达国家的12.1倍。
