一每次经过教室门前,都能看到教师们在行间辛勤工作的身影,一次次感动袭向心头。孩子的悟性有先后,不同的孩子有不同的学习优势。课堂上,教师的讲授不可能实现全班孩子的全部接受,这就亟须教者在课堂上尽可能多地给不同的孩子提供适时的指导。一位能够兼顾所有孩子学情的教师,对孩子们的成长来说,是多大的福祉啊!教者的课堂巡视,既可以了解不同学力的孩子学习的现状,为后续的教学掌握第一手学情资源,又可以为学有困难的孩子提供必要的帮助和辅助,还可以向孩子们提供某些暗示,可谓一举多得,应大力提倡。之前,我听了不少课。课堂上,教师们都能够注意到行间巡视,但是在内行人看来,某些巡视是为了巡视而巡视,并没有起到教者期待的作用,更没有实现该教学环节中教师巡视的应有目的。
