目的:观察分析中药五味标准化检验方法。方法:采用盲法同步方式对龟甲、蛇舌草等10味中药饮片进行品味及打分,将所得各味中药的五味检验结果与《中华人民共和国药典》中相关记载进行比较分析。结果:对龟甲、蛇舌草、赤芍、鸡血藤、白芍、金银花、淫羊藿、制附子、生晒参及制吴茱萸等中药饮片进行五味标准化检验,检验结果显示与《中华人民共和国药典》中相关结果具有较高的相似性,但也存在一定差异,淫羊藿及制附子检验结果显示苦味较浓,而药典所记载则以辛、甘味为主。结论:中药五味标准化检验方法所得检测结果较为准确客观,且可有效检测出中药饮片的五味,该方法有利于检验已有中药五味结果,提高准确性,有利于当代新型中药制剂的研发,同时也有利于推动中药学的良性发展。
Objective: To observe and analyze the Chinese medicine flavors standardized test method. Methods: The taste and score of 10 Chinese Herbal Pieces, such as Tortoise shell, Hedyotis diffusa, were scored by blinded synchronization method. The results of flavors test of flavored Chinese herbs were compared with those in the People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia. Results: The standardized test of flavors of Chinese Herbal Pieces such as Tortoise shell, Hedyotis diffusa, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Millettia, white peony root, honeysuckle, Epimedium, Radix Aconiti Preparata, raw sun ginseng and Evodia rutaecarpa were tested. The test results showed that with “People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia ”in the relevant results have a high similarity, but there are also some differences, Epimedium and made of aconite test results show bitter, but Pharmacopoeia records are Xin, sweet-based. Conclusion: The results obtained from the standardized test of Chinese medicine flavors are more accurate and objective, and can effectively detect the five flavors of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces. This method is good for testing the results of five flavors of traditional Chinese medicines and improving the accuracy, and is conducive to the research and development of contemporary new Chinese medicine preparations. Help to promote the healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine.
