测试了准高速机车牵引齿轮用钢20CrNi2Mo、15CrNi6经渗碳淬火及渗碳淬火+喷丸后的接触疲劳强度,并与20CrMnMo钢进行了对比。结果表明,3种钢材经渗碳淬火的试件,其接触疲劳强度极限基本相同;渗碳淬火+喷丸试件的接触疲劳强度极限约提高5%,所有试件的接触疲劳失效形式都是在渗碳层中产生浅层剥落,文中还讨论了渗碳硬化层组织中的残余奥氏体量及喷丸强化对接触疲劳性能的影响。
The 20CrNi2Mo and 15CrNi6 steels for traction gears of quasi-high-speed locomotives were tested for the contact fatigue strength after carburizing and carburizing quenching + shot peening, and compared with 20CrMnMo steel. The results show that the contact fatigue strength of the three kinds of steel samples after carburized quenching is basically the same; the contact fatigue strength limit of the carburized quenching + shot peening specimen is increased by about 5%, and the contact fatigue failure forms of all specimens are In the carburized layer of shallow exfoliation, the article also discussed the amount of residual austenite in the carburized hardened layer and shot peening on the contact fatigue properties.
