紫外线B照射可以改变小鼠皮肤的接触性过敏反应,并可以引起脾脏中抗原特异性T抑制细胞的出现。大量证据提示:表皮郎格罕氏细胞是紫外线照射引起上述反应的主要靶细胞之一,并导至抑制细胞的形成。本工作用各种细胞表面标记物和光镜、电镜技术确定正常与紫外线照射小鼠在接触性过敏反应中抗原呈递细胞所发生的变化。
Ultraviolet B irradiation can alter the contact anaphylaxis of mouse skin and can cause the appearance of antigen-specific T-suppressor cells in the spleen. A large body of evidence suggests that epidermal Langerhans cells are one of the major target cells for the above-mentioned reactions caused by ultraviolet radiation and lead to the inhibition of cell formation. This work used a variety of cell surface markers, light microscopy, and electron microscopy to determine the changes that occur in antigen-presenting cells in contact hypersensitivity reactions in normal and UV-irradiated mice.
