目的为促进保健食品的健康发展提供依据。方法采用中华人民共和国国家标准食品卫生检验方法。结果4项理化指标的结果为砷0193±0095,铅0193±0064,铜0789±0106,镉000374±00015。细菌学3个指标的合格率为:菌落总数9697%,大肠菌群100%,致病菌100%。结论认为市售保健食品基本符合保健食品通用卫生要求,但应进一步完善功能学、毒理学、有效成分的检测
Objective To promote the healthy development of health food provide the basis. Methods The People’s Republic of China national standard food hygiene inspection methods. Results The results of four physical and chemical indexes were as follows: arsenic 0193 ± 0095; lead 0193 ± 0064; copper 0789 ± 0106; cadmium 000374 ± 00015. Bacteriology 3 indicators of the pass rate: the total number of colonies 96 97%, coliform 100%, pathogenic bacteria 100%. The conclusion is that the commercially available health food basically meets the general health requirements of health food, but the functional, toxicological and active ingredients testing should be further perfected
