１９８０～１９９０年我们对９例大肠多发性腺瘤病采用套在式回肠肛管吻合术，随访１～１２年。结果表明：术后一个月后，平均每日排便５次；六个月后每日２．５次；一年后每日２次，控制延迟排便能力良好，不需饮食限制及应用抗泻剂。亦无术后并发症的发生。按ｐｅｎｎａ等提出的有关功能参数评价，术后六个月总的功能完好率达８９％，优于文献报道中的盲袋样回肠肛管吻台术；且避免了术后盲袋炎的发生。
From 1980 to 1990, we used nested ileal anal canal anastomosis in 9 patients with multiple colorectal adenomas, followed up for 1 to 12 years. The results showed that: After one month after operation, the average daily bowel movement was 5 times; after 6 months, 2.5 times a day; after 1 year, 2 times a year, the control of delayed defecation was good, no dietary restriction and no anti-diarrhoeal agent were applied. . There are no postoperative complications. According to functional parameters proposed by penna et al., the total functional insufficiency rate was 89% in six months after surgery, which was better than the blind ileal anal canal anastomosis reported in the literature; and the occurrence of postoperative blind pouchitis was avoided. .
