一、一般资料:48例病人均系男性,非密闭式战斗机飞行员,年龄26～35岁。二、临床表现:48例中多数病人诉述当飞机上升到4～6千米时患牙开始疼痛,由于高度不断增高,牙疼也随之加剧;当飞行上升到9千至1万米时,牙疼又突然消失,代之以面颊部肿胀,自感患牙伸长,也有的患者在5千米以上时患牙有针刺样疼,但随飞机高度降低而消失。口腔检查所见分别有牙体、牙髓、根尖周、牙周病变的体征及部分牙齿不良填充物。x线片示分别发规患牙有邻面龋蚀、
