在经济发展寻求变革的时期,新常态已成为当今最重要的时代声音。在竞争日益激烈的今天,越来越多的研究和实践证明,央企事业单位的发展离不开干部队伍建设,塑造一支有素质、有能力、有创新精神的干部队伍,对企业的发展具有重要的战略意义。“新常态”这一概念的提出,对干部管理工作提出了更高的标准和要求,为做好这项工作提供了新的重要依据。本文着重阐述新常态下央企事业单位干部管理工作的新要求,分析当前干部管理工作面临的问题与原因,通过企业发展与党风廉政建设两个维度,简要分析了新常态下如何做好干部培养、选拔任用、监督考核等管理工作。
