本文叙述了一种新型的玻璃外壳四极滤质器管。它采用了分离规式离子源及最佳过渡场设计。整管具有四根备用灯丝。四极杆直径8毫米,长100毫米,用单一陶瓷环固定,结构巧妙,简单,价格低廉。经正式鉴定,性能良好,灵敏度(对氮28)为1×10~(-4)安/托,分辨率(按5%峰高定义,对Kr 84)为140,整管可耐300℃烘烤。它完全可满足一般玻璃真空系统中残余气体分析的需要。特别是管子内部的结构清晰可见,一目了然,更适用于教学演示和实验。本四极滤质器管可直接与定型生产的ZLS-150电源或廉价的ZLS-100电源联用。
This article describes a new type of glass shell quadrupole filter tube. It uses a separation of regulatory ion source and the best transition field design. The whole pipe has four spare filaments. Quadrupole diameter 8 mm, length 100 mm, with a single ceramic ring fixed, ingenious, simple, inexpensive. After formal appraisal, the performance is good, the sensitivity (for nitrogen 28) is 1 × 10 -4 amperes, the resolution (defined as 5% peak height, Kr 84) is 140, the whole pipe can withstand 300 ℃ baking grilled. It completely meets the needs of residual gas analysis in general glass vacuum systems. In particular, the internal structure of the tube is clearly visible, at a glance, more suitable for teaching demonstrations and experiments. The Quadrupole Cartridge Tube can be used directly with the ZLS-150 or the cheap ZLS-100 power source.
