基于Solid works建立了圆环链三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench中进行接触有限元求解,并将有限元结果与赫兹解进行了比较,结果表明有限元解与赫兹解具有良好的一致性。分析了4种工况下轴线旋转倾角对接触区域应力分布的影响,从而对进一步研究圆环链的优化设计提供了参考。
The three-dimensional model of circular chain was established based on Solid works. The finite element method was introduced into ANSYS Workbench to solve the contact finite element method. The results of finite element method and Hertz solution were compared. The results show that the finite element method has good consistency with Hertzian solution. The influence of axial rotation inclination on the stress distribution in contact area under four conditions is analyzed, which provides reference for further research on the optimal design of circular chain.
