湖北省设协1993年的工作重点;(1)继续贯彻落实《企业转换经营机制条例》和《设备管理条例》,建立设备管理激励机制和企业自我约束机制,保证国有资产保值增殖。在政府转换职能的同时,企业要深化内部改革,加强内部管理,把设备管理工作摆到重要位置。(2)各有关部门和企业要继续按照《设备管理条例》的要求和考核定级标准进行自我检查、自我考核。全省主要生产设备综合完好率力争达到 94.5％以上。(3)继续搞好宣传教育培训工作,举办各种不同类型的培训班(包括组织各有关部门的中层干部及设协秘书长、团体会员单位的设备管理人员去外地学习考察)等,配合大中型企业办好润滑管理和设备寿命周期学习班。同时协助各地市、各部门办好专业技术和岗位培训。(4)加强组织建设。1993年将召开一次秘书长会及常务理事会。为适应设备管理的发展,将继续发展团体会员单位。(5)开展闲置设备利用工作。协助省工交设备调剂公司搞好设备调剂,充分发挥设备效益,今年内拟召开一次全省性闲置设备调剂大会;进一步摸清全省大中型企业固定资产及闲置设备情况;进一步加

(5) Carry out idle equipment utilization. To assist the provincial transfer equipment adjustment company to do a good job in equipment adjustment and give full play to the equipment efficiency. A provincial idle equipment adjustment meeting will be held this year; the situation of fixed assets and idle equipment in large and medium-sized enterprises across the province will be further understood;
