目的:从人口学角度了解牡丹江市社区卫生服务医务人员的组织承诺及影响因素。方法:对牡丹江市32所社区卫生服务中心(站)的326名医务人员进行问卷调查并进行分析。结果:社区卫生服务医务人员的组织承诺得分为65.01,组织承诺受工龄、医院等级、任职方式及学历等因素的影响。结论:社区卫生服务医务人员的组织承诺处于中等水平,需采用多种激励手段,以有效提高其组织承诺水平,稳定社区卫生服务队伍。
Objective: To understand the organizational commitment and influencing factors of MCH staff in Mudanjiang City from the demographic perspective. Methods: A total of 326 medical staff from 32 community health service centers in Mudanjiang City were surveyed and analyzed. Results: The community health service medical staff’s organizational commitment score was 65.01, and the organization promised to be affected by such factors as length of service, hospital level, working style and academic qualifications. Conclusion: The organizational commitment of community health service medical personnel is at a medium level, which requires a variety of incentives to effectively raise the level of their organizational commitment and stabilize community health service teams.
