我厂生产的工程机械用轮辋,由整体铸钢件经立车大量切削加工后组成轮辋体,改为钢板拉深件。改进后使其结构简单,制造方便,零件相应减少,特别是节省了大量的立车工时,降低了成本。该工艺已用于2100—24、1400—20、23.5.5的轮辋制造,现以1400—20轮辋为例,简介如下。一、毛坯尺寸产品毛坯尺寸如图1所示。材质:16Mn。按久里金——帕普施公式求得毛坯直径DD=(8∑L·r)~(1/2)式中r——母线长度L——重心到旋转轴的距离
