中南海,在千千万万个普通的中国百姓心中,始终是一个可望而不可即的神秘之地。1950年,一个短小精悍的东北小伙有幸走进了中南海。之后,《毛主席和周总理在一起》、《毛主席在庐山》、《毛主席打乒乓球》、《毛主席和孩子们》、《毛主席在武汉蛇山与小商贩谈话》等一张张真实生动的照片,先后相继问世;一个个发生在红墙内的故事随之传向民间,传向世界。人们对历史、对领袖的感知也因此而越加亲近,越加真实。这位用照相机记录中南海历史画面的摄影师,便是在毛泽东身边当了整整12年的摄影记者、曾经多次获得国际大奖的著名摄影艺术家——吕厚民。
Zhongnanhai, in the minds of thousands of ordinary Chinese people, is always an uncanny mysterious place. In 1950, a daring northeast guy fortunate enough to walk into Zhongnanhai. The stories that occurred in the red walls were then transmitted to the people and to the world. As a result, people’s perception of history and leadership has become more and more close and realistic. The photographer who recorded the historical pictures of Zhongnanhai with a camera was a well-known photographic artist who had been a film photographer for 12 years while Mao Zedong was on his side, and a famous photography artist who won numerous international awards for many years.
