通过菌丝干重法测定不同液体培养基的菌丝生长量,用抑制胚根生长测定法测定粗毒素对胚根的抑制作用,用叶片针刺接种法测定粗毒素对牡丹离体叶片的致病程度,筛选出最适合牡丹红点病菌产毒的液体培养基,初步测定牡丹红点病菌粗毒素对供试材料的致病性。结果表明,PD培养液中菌丝生长情况最好,最适合牡丹红点病菌菌丝生长,基础培养液中菌丝生长情况一般;从基础培养液中提取的粗毒素对小麦胚根抑制作用最明显,对牡丹叶片致病力最强,最适于牡丹红点病菌产毒,故基础培养液为牡丹红点病菌最适产毒的液体培养基。
