本研究开发了一种基于微流控芯片技术的甲醛检测装置,实现了甲醛吸收液与显色剂在芯片通道内的充分混合与反应,能快速、准确地测定甲醛含量。结果表明,该方法对甲醛有很好的线性响应,标准曲线相关系数R2>0.999。并将其应用于杭州市某单位新装修办公室、实验室空气中甲醛含量的检测,发现测定结果与国标酚试剂法具有很高的一致性,线性斜率达0.95以上,相关系数R2=0.998,表明该方法具有很强的可靠性。
In this study, a formaldehyde detection device based on microfluidic chip technology was developed to achieve the full mixing and reaction of formaldehyde absorption liquid and color reagent in the chip channel, which can quickly and accurately determine the formaldehyde content. The results show that the method has a good linear response to formaldehyde, the standard curve correlation coefficient R2> 0.999. And applied it to the newly renovated office of a unit in Hangzhou. The formaldehyde content in the air of the laboratory was tested. The results showed that the determination result was in good agreement with the national standard phenol reagent method. The linear slope was 0.95 and the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.998 The method has strong reliability.
