本文研究了新试剂1-(8-羟基喹啉-7-偶氮)-对硝基苯(简写HQANB)与镍(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在表面活性剂吐温-80存在下,在pH 4.4~5.0乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲介质中,镍(Ⅱ)与该试剂形成1:2的红色配合物,最大吸收波长位于550nm处,以EDTA褪色液作参比,其表观摩尔吸光系数达1.1×10~5。该试剂对镍的测定有较好的选择性,查明了二十多种离子的干扰情况,并拟出了在钢铁试样中测定微量镍的方法,试验结果令人满意。
In this paper, the color reaction of the new reagent 1- (8-hydroxyquinoline-7-azo) -p-nitrobenzene (abbreviated HQANB) with nickel (Ⅱ) The results showed that nickel (Ⅱ) forms a 1: 2 red complex with this reagent in pH 4.4 ~ 5.0 acetate buffer solution in the presence of surfactant Tween-80. The maximum absorption wavelength is at 550 nm, With EDTA fading liquid as reference, the apparent molar absorptivity reached 1.1 × 10 ~ 5. The reagent has good selectivity for the determination of nickel, and has identified the interference of more than twenty kinds of ions. The method for determining trace nickel in steel samples has been proposed and the test result is satisfactory.
