目前中学化学教师专业素质的研究,既缺乏基础理论的指导又缺乏这一领域的调查研究及实验研究。本文在结合调查研究的基础上,吸收了国内外专家学者的研究成果,分析了目前中学化学教师专业素质的状况及其专业成长过程中存在的问题,并研究提出了相应的对策。力求通过深入研究、探讨,找到研究中学化学教师的新思路;通过问卷调查,研究分析了目前中学化学教师专业素质职前教育中的问题,为如何进行中学化学教师专业素质的职前教育提出了建议。
At present, the study of the professional qualities of middle school chemistry teachers lacks both basic theoretical guidance and investigation and experimental research in this field. Based on the combination of investigation and research, this article has absorbed the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars, analyzed the current state of the professional quality of middle school chemistry teachers and the problems existing in the professional growth process, and studied and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Through in-depth research and discussion, we sought to find new ideas for middle school chemistry teachers; through questionnaire surveys, we analyzed the current problems in the professional quality pre-service education of middle school chemistry teachers, and proposed the pre-service education for the professional qualities of middle school chemistry teachers.
