5月20日,中国烟草学会第七次会员代表大会在北京召开。国家烟草专卖局局长凌成兴、中国烟草学会第七届理事长赵洪顺出席会议并讲话。中国烟草学会第六届理事长张辉作工作报告。会议审议通过了中国烟草学会第六届理事会工作报告、财务报告和中国烟草学会章程修改说明;通过民主程序选举产生了中国烟草学会第七届理事会,王元英等31人为常务理事,丁伟等111名代表当选第七届理事会理事。选举赵洪顺为理事长,王建雪、谢剑平、刘建福、杨俊、王元英为副理事长,王建雪兼任秘书长。何泽华、潘家华被聘为名誉理事长,聘任了副秘书长和专业(工作)委员会主任委员。凌成兴局长在讲话中充分肯定了中国烟草学会第六届理事会取得的工作成绩。他指出,近年来,中国烟草学会围绕行业中心任务、重点工作,积极组织开展不同层次、形式多样的学术交流、科普活动;科技期刊、网站、中国烟草博物馆办出了特色,为展示推广创新成果,营造良好舆论环境,维护行业对外形象作出了重要贡献。
