The article introduced the main practices and experiences of Pangang’s hot-rolled plate plant as a goal to form economies of scale, strengthen internal management, and accelerate the development of enterprises, which has certain universal significance. The main measures for strengthening management of the plant are: 1. Strengthen equipment management and production organization to increase work rate and production stability; 2. Strengthen fund management and vigorously reduce product costs; 3. Strengthen the basic management of the team, improve the incentive mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees; Carry out the “love and dedication, strive for first-class” activities to improve the quality of the workforce; 5.
