一我国饮料酒工业是食品工业的重要组成部分,它对丰富人民生活,活跃市场,增加积累,出口创汇,安排劳动就业起了积极作用。改革开放以来,我国饮料酒工业的结构调整取得明显进步,特别是自1987年后国家经委、轻工业部、商业部、农业部等部委在贵阳召开全国酿酒工业增产节约会议以后,按照会议提出的“四个转变”(即:粮食酒向果类酒转变、高度酒向低度酒转变、蒸馏酒向发酵酒转变、普通酒向优质酒转变)和“优质、低耗、多品种”
China’s beverage and wine industry is an important part of the food industry. It plays a positive role in enriching the people’s lives, activating the market, increasing accumulation, exporting foreign exchange, and arranging labor and employment.
